Sessions must be scheduled within the package period. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session or no-shows will be considered used. Coaching is not a substitute for medical or mental health care.

Everyone learns differently, so I tailor our sessions to you. I use visual tools, reflective journaling, deep conversation, and action planning—whether you learn best by seeing, doing, or processing ideas out loud.

Do you offer a free intro session?
Yes! Your first session is always free. It’s a chance for us to connect, explore your goals, and decide if this is the right partnership for your healing journey.

What makes coaching different from therapy or medical advice?
Coaching is future-focused and strengths-based. I don’t diagnose or prescribe; instead, I guide you in creating sustainable habits, building resilience, and taking empowered steps forward. Therapy and medical treatment have their own important roles—coaching complements them by focusing on personal growth and daily choices.

Will you provide a diet recommendation?
No. Unlike a dietitian or nutritionist, I don’t prescribe specific diets. Instead, I help you explore your relationship with food, build balanced routines, and discover what nourishes your unique body and lifestyle. Coaching is about empowering your choices—not giving one-size-fits-all rules.

How long before I feel results?
Many clients notice shifts in clarity, energy, or confidence within the first few sessions. Deeper changes—like sustainable habits and renewed balance—tend to unfold over a 1- to 3-month package.

Can coaching work if I don’t live locally or have scheduling constraints?
Absolutely. All sessions are held online via Zoom, and my booking system adjusts to your time zone. You can join from anywhere in the world and choose times that fit your schedule.
